Black Rhino

2013 Conservation Donation to the WWF Rhinoceros Project

Beginning this year I made the decision to support the conservation of endangered species by donating 1% of JB Woodruff Design annual revenue.  This was partially prompted by my travels to Kenya and South Africa late in 2012/early 2013.  The picture featured in this post was taken during our trip to the Masai Mara.  We learned this was one of only 6 or so black rhinos left in this park.  It’s a sad story that I hope more will become aware of so change can occur before all are gone.

Today, in alignment with my 2013 logo, I made a donation to the WWF Rhino conservation fund.

Thank you to my clients for making this possible this year and I look forward to revealing the 2014 species and new logo.

Every year it keeps getting better and I’m proud of Cincinnati for putting this event on. Great seeing the smiles from all the people it helps and all those who volunteer. Read More
